The Hurricanes hosted the STU Tommies in Charlottetown, PEI.

In a back and forth affair the STU Tommies came out on top. 
It was the fourth set where the momentum shifted in the Tommies favor. 
After the Hurricanes going up 2 sets to 1.  The fourth set saw the teams play a tightly contested set with STU coming out on top 25-23, they continued their steady play into the 5th and easily took the deciding set. 

For STU Ella Estey contributed 33 assists, Kathleen Boyle had 19 kills and 18 digs.

Maria Moores had a solid game for the Hurricanes, 9 kills, 10 digs and 6 blocks. Jenna O'Neill led the team with 14 kills.
Marissa O'Donnnell had 29 assists.
