The STU Tommies defeated the UKC Blue Devils 63-50 at the Kingdome on an action-packed Sunday afternoon. After the first quarter King's was up 11-3 to the Tommies when the energetic rookie, Olivia Pappin had a total of five points. After the second quarter, Tommies player, Leila Rashid dominated the court by sinking three-point baskets and scoring a total 10 points in the quarter. King's was trailing behind Tommies in the final quarter and despite a grand effort of offense by senior player, Candace Reynolds who scored 16 points in the game, King's lost on their home court.
