Luke Purdy won the men's individual title at Saturday’s ACAA Cross Country Championships, covering the course in a time of 28:59. A team captain, Luke led the Crandall University Chargers to their first-ever sweep of the championship podium, and their 5th consecutive men’s team title. For his efforts, Luke was also named Male Runner of the Year.

Luke will lead the nationally ranked Chargers into the CCAA Cross Country Championships, being hosted by Holland College in Brookvale, PE on November 8th.
