Abby led the way in a five-set victory over ACAA #1 ranked and nationally ranked UNBSJ. She recorded 12 kills with only 1 error on 23 attempts, producing an impressive .478 hitting percentage against one of the top defensive teams in the country.

 

As a result of this performance, Abby now leads the league in hitting percentage at .360 through the first half of the season. She also contributed heavily on the defensive side with 8 blocks and 4 digs in the match. In addition, she has climbed the leaderboard in blocking and currently ranks 4th overall in the league with 0.7 blocks per set.

 

Abby’s efficiency, consistency, and impact at both ends of the court were instrumental in one of our biggest wins of the season. Her performance against the top-ranked team in the ACAA was exceptional and a clear demonstration of her value and leadership to our program.
