Crandall University sophomore Sean Finnigan captured gold at the ACAA Cross Country Championships for the second year in a row, leading the Chargers to their second consecutive ACAA Men’s Cross Country Championship.

Finnigan, of Oromocto, New Brunswick, pulled away from the herd halfway through the race, winning in a time of 30:33. The win, accompanied by 2^nd, 4^th, and 5^th place finishes by his teammates, paved the way for the Chargers to claim the men’s team championship on the weekend in Moncton.
