In a 5-3 high scoring match, the STU Tommies defeat the Dal AC Rams at home at the Langille Centre.  The first game of the 2022-23 soccer season for both team turned into a shooter of a match with the Tommies contributing 5 goals from 5 different players (Meredith, Haanstra, McNally, Roy, Peck) while the Rams, lead by Jordyn Waines and Clare Glover, held the line with 3 goals of their own.  Both teams demonstrated high energy and fierce competitiveness that continue throughout the rest of the season.  

The Tommies travel to PEI to take on the Hurricanes on September 11th while the Rams host the UNBSJ Seawolves at home.
